3. Designer membership and how it applies

Nommax offers Membership programs (bundles) of services, in the fields of product design and software development. By applying for and accepting Designer Membership, you agree to abide by the following terms:

By applying for and accepting a Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the Membership program.

• Eligibility: Membership is available to individuals who meet the specific criteria outlined in the membership application. Nommax reserves the right to verify and approve all applications based on the predetermined eligibility requirements.
• Benefits: Members are entitled to exclusive benefits, including access to specialized resources, networking opportunities, and premium support from the Nommax team. Additional benefits may be introduced and communicated to Designer Members as part of the membership program.
• Code of Conduct: Designer Members are expected to uphold a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct in their interactions with clients, colleagues, and the Nommax community. Any behavior that violates the principles of the program may result in the suspension or termination of Designer Membership.
• Renewal and Termination: Membership is subject to periodic renewal, and failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in the non-renewal or termination of the membership. Nommax reserves the right to modify or terminate the Membership program at its discretion.

4. Packages that can be downloaded

Nommax may offer downloadable packages, including software, templates, and/or other digital materials, through the website. By downloading any package from the site, you agree to the following terms:
